Information you provide
When you submit a project inquiry, we collect your name, company, email address, country or region, selected product, optional estimated quantity and project message. We also record the form language, page address, inquiry reference, submission time and your agreement to use the details to respond.
Please avoid including passwords, identity documents or other sensitive personal information in your project message.
How the information is used
We use inquiry information to understand your requirements, identify suitable products and documentation, respond to your request and maintain the project conversation. Submission does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Inquiry records are stored in our content management system and used by personnel responsible for handling requests. The service also checks repeated requests and uses the connection address temporarily to limit excessive submissions.
Browser storage and visit sources
The website uses sessionStorage, under the key leondarx-visit, to remember the landing-page path and any campaign parameters present in the URL: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term. This information accompanies a submitted inquiry to help identify its source. It is not a recording of every page you visit.
This storage is normally cleared when the browser tab or session closes. The inquiry form can work if browser storage is unavailable.
