LEONDARX
Resolve the questions.Define the project.
A practical starting point for integrators, distributors and project teams evaluating access, intercom and control equipment.
Discuss a project ↗Prepare for a technical conversation.
Define the installation
Share the building type, door schedule, existing wiring and required user experience. Establish the constraints before selecting equipment.
Confirm the configuration
Check exact models, interfaces, app or gateway requirements and relevant documentation. Agree the system boundary and any customization.
Agree the delivery scope
Record quantities, packaging, acceptance requirements, logistics and responsibilities in the project quotation and scope of work.
Plan the handover
Identify installation guidance, training, spare parts and support requirements so your local team knows what happens after delivery.
Before you place an order.
Do you manufacture your products or source them?
LEONDARX develops video intercoms and smart locks with in-house R&D, production and quality-control teams. We also work with selected manufacturing partners for smart control panels. Ask us about the manufacturing and support scope for the specific models on your shortlist.
Can an existing two-wire installation be reused?
Our Tuya two-wire intercom range is designed for retrofit projects. Reuse depends on the existing cable, topology, cable runs and power arrangement. Share the site wiring details so the proposed door stations and indoor monitors can be checked as a complete system before ordering.
Will every lock, panel and intercom work together?
Compatibility must be checked at model and system level. An RS485 port, Wi-Fi connection or app name alone does not establish interoperability. For example, SK Pad Mini lists RS485, wired networking and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi; the connected devices and required integration still need to be specified.
What can be customized for an OEM/ODM order?
Smart-lock customization options described in our product materials include branding, panel color, materials, packaging and app interface requirements. Availability, engineering work, minimum quantity and schedule depend on the model and customization scope; confirm these in the quotation.
What information should I send for product selection?
Start with the project country, building type, required functions, approximate quantity and target schedule. For locks, include door material, thickness and lock-body dimensions. For intercoms and controls, include the wiring layout and the devices or platform you need to connect. An early estimate is enough to start the discussion.
Can you provide installation and after-sales support?
We provide installation guidance and online technical support. Project services can also include commissioning and training. Confirm the warranty, spare-parts arrangement, support scope and any on-site requirements for your selected model and destination in writing.
How do I confirm compliance for my market?
Request the documents applicable to the exact product model and destination market. Review the named manufacturer, model coverage, standard and document validity before procurement. Requirements for one model or product category should not be assumed to apply to the entire catalogue.
Where can I find the correct installation manual?
Our resource library separates the general catalogue, PLC catalogue and smart-lock manuals by product family. Select the matching model and version: the T12/T13 Ultra manual is separate from the older T12/T13/T16 manual. Share your model label if you need help identifying the right document.
